COVID-19 PROTECTIVE

MEASURES SUMMER 2023

Our main goal is to provide a safe and protective environment for our guests and staff members. No more restrictions and no more 3G certificates (vaccinated, recovered and tested) necessary for transport in the cable cars. Wearing FFP2 masks in the cable cars not mandatory, but we still recommend to wear masks to protect yourself and others!

General hygiene instructions:

  • Avoid shaking hands and touching
  • Wash your hands regularly
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Sneezing or coughing into a tissue or the inside of your elbow.

Protect ourselves and our guests:

  • Instead of shaking hands we cordially welcome you as usual.
  • Follow the instructions, signpostings and guidance system.
  • Transport in cable cars runs basically without great risk: Pay for tickets by credit card, entrance scanner and cabins open automatically.
  • Cable car cabins are being ventilated constantly.
  • Please make reservations for larger groups prior to your arrival.

  • During cable car transport - we recommend wearing masks to protect yourself and others - FFP2 masks are available at the ticket counter of Almenwelt 2€.

  • For your protection and convenience we will provide disinfectant dispenser in the valley and mountain stations of Almbahn I and II.
  • Neuralgic areas, handles, grips and cable car cabins, entrance scanner, toilets will be cleaned and disinfected repeatedly.
  • Our staff is well trained and happy to anwer all your questions. To ensure a smooth operating procedure, please follow the instructions of our staff members.
